Yep, but it will take a lot younger shoulders than mine to do it....maybe when I get the bionic replacements I have been told I need I would try it....
BUT, in all honesty, I don't think even the Six Million Dollar Man could buff that "thing" out....even with Wonder Woman's help.
Anyone that could buff that out to become it's once glorious 95 GTS self...should be recommended for Sainthood for performing a MIRACLE!!
However, stranger things have happened...
A few years back, I took this ....
...and restored it to this...

Darn, I missed that DR had retracted his dibs. If I had of seen it I was going to jump in. Now the 944/951 GUY appears to be in and the next $4950 has already outbid me by some.

I think that depended on if what his Uncle told him was true, that he could easily get him a new Title for it if needed. 
Sure am glad I asked him for some pics... I was literally ready to hook up my car hauler to the Dually and go for a Sunday afternoon drive.

I cant believe I will soon be a Very Proud owner of a "1 out of 400 95' GTS"
I honestly think it is a one off 95' GTS but thats just me..........
