Fresh MAF does wonders for a 928. Kevin did mine and the car ran great afterwards ...

Hey James,

No offense, but a rebuilt MAF retails for that at our suppliers and they offer a warranty and (I assume) both screens. You might have to drop it a bit to get a response.

When I started Sharktuning my car I was shocked at how lean it was and how much a new maf helped it as far as the AFR was.

Aren't the '85-'86 MAF the same too?

Yep, as are the 84-86 "Euro" 16V's.

The price we sell at is $245 plus a core charge - so you are a little high to say the least.

Injection Labs do my rebuilds and offer great service at a reasonable price.
My core charge is $100 for the US and $200 for International.

David,
We all really missed being there as well - made up for it with a smaller GTG locally.

Let me make sure I am understanding this properly. In post # 1, you wanted $ 495. Then you lowered it to $ 395, then you lowered it to $ 295. We can buy a new rebuild unit from Roger for $ 245 ? You are still $ 50 more than Roger. The core charge is reimbursed. Am I missing something ? T

James' price requires no core charge, if I understand correctly. I sent a freshly Injection Labs-rebuilt MAF to John Speake for evaluation and it tested fine.
