Default Has anyone been able to get in touch with Roger this week?

Hi guys,

I know Roger was out last couple of weeks, but I thought he is back this week? Need to change rotors/pads/sensors and really need to have them all on hand no later then this weekend...

Roger - if you are reading this, please give me a call; you know the number

I shook his hand about 30 minutes ago, does that count as touching? I do know that all the lines were being used when I was there to pick up parts.

I got an email from him yesterday and talked to Laura on the phone. She made it sound like he was there.

I have had three emails from him this week and have seen quite a few of his posts here on RL as well...pick up the phone and call!

I have spoken with him 2 times this week on the phone. Its just bad timing. He is very busy but when you catch him he spends what ever time you need with him....he has never rushed me off the phone.
First class kind of guy!

Very busy, and you will still get your parts the next day if you need them to be.
First class service.

Alexei,
Sorry I missed your earlier calls - we are so busy the phone glows red hot.
Your order will be dispatched tomorrow and be with you for the weekend.

As a generalization emails work best for me unless you can get through on the phone without trouble.
Leaving messages is not always the best as by the time I get to check them it is early evening.

Thanks for the kind words and we really appreciate your business.
Best,
Roger

what a coincidence....
i was also trying to contact Roger about an order and have been unsuccessful...
Glad he is on top of everything..

I hate taking any time off work, because when you get back you are always slammed trying to get caught up.

Steven,
That is why I am still here working. Trying to sort your order out.
I am behind and still playing catch up.
I will have an answer for you tomorrow and sorry for the delay.
Best,
Roger

Default You know,

There's just no keeping some people happy..........

Maybe I'm just lucky, but I have yet to have a problem contacting Mr. Tyson when I needed him. (A certain Sunday in the middle of the TB/WP job comes to mind....)

Lets face it,
Roger and his support team are one of the hardest working teams out there that supports our 928s
