I need some info on the logistics. I know it is in Scottsdale, but where. I know it is Saturday, but what time? Are we meeting up somewhere before to caravan to the site?

I just got back to Vegas, from Ca., leaving for SLC in the morning, and will be home Friday morning. We'll be pulling out in my all black 928" with working A/C!!".
Looking forward to seeing friends, and making new ones.

Maybe we should have a GTG in Vegas, think it over. See you all Saturday morning.

Agreed - summer GTG are a bit harsh unless we go north to sedona or prescott?

OK guys, not planning on a caravan, but meeting time is around 7:30 am if we want to get a good group spot.
Meeting place is:
Gainey Village shopping center parking lot on the south east corner of Scottsdale Rd. & Doubletree Ranch Rd. in Scottsdale.

Its interesting the two of you will be driving down for this event from the Prescott area.

The reason I can't make it is that I'll be in that area this weekend - though not in the GTS....

Scout backpacking trip in the Granite Dells area... big backpacking trip coming up this summer - training stuff going on almost almost every weekend...

I may see you on the road (will be heading out of Phoenix at about 7am).

Everyone needs to remember this GtG only goes on for a 2-3 hours. By the time 10am rolls around, folks are starting to roll out. You know those crazy car guys...they just dont like the heat.
