Middle bearing goes in the middle.

Vibe dampener goes in between the middle bearing unit and the last bearing unit.

Make sure the vibe dampener is in good shape or it will separate later in the torque tube and then rattle around and shift the bearings from their places.

Good luck,

Usually center shaft has inch long polished spots for each bearing. Those can be used to determine correct location for them.

Do yourself a huge favor, get the superbearings and put that factory dampner on a shelf for disposal.

They will move around after they get old, just like Constintine says.

Default Many Thanks

Thank Constantine, Vilhuer and blown 87
As blown 87 you said the factory dampner, do I have to put it in? Or I just take it out?

I used 3 super bearings and left the damper out when I did mine.

Three of Black Sea's units, (Constantine) and pitch the damper. You won't be sorry.
