Note that Laguna Seca is 350 miles from Anaheim.....that is one way ! What would be really entertaining is IF they would let Mark out on the track with his 928 .....never happen even if he would pony up the $500 entry fee.
Actually..works well for those folks leaving town on Sunday and heading back to the Bay..or Norcal ..or points beyond..
About 6 hours.. Start out in the early am....get there early afternoon... check things out....and then continue on......northward...
Seeing as I have been to a lot of the things the "Old 911 guys" go to, where is the SHARKTOBERFEST?
Seems that I would rather to that than a Rennsport.
I've yet to make it down to Sharktoberfest, and am really planning to this year. The usual weekend (14-16) also coincides with Chrysler Performance West Fall Fling in Woodley Park, Van Nuys, which I would also like to make (I'm also a MOPAR guy). I may be able to hit both, partially, on Saturday. Works! And I think the thought of a bunch of us 928'ers showing up at Laguna Seca Sunday on the way back to NorCal is awesome!
