BBQ + 2nd Saturday of the month + 928 = Good time!

Guys, please lets keep this going, I talked to a guy today for 1.5 hours about a car he had to sell. I guess I just need to have 928 friends who understands. My wife will have none of it...

Jon B, I would be there except for the fact that I am heading the other way. Holden Beach Chapel is having their 50th year celebration on Sunday and my father in law is the minister of music. Anyone who has ever sang in the quior has been welcomed to come and sing. The music is complicated so there are rehersals on Friday, Sat and Sun. This is way to important to him for me to miss. He is 86 and still going strong and I love the man like a father. I won't miss the next one, I can't wait to meet you guys. We need to link up so that when one of us has a 2 man job to do, maybe one of the others will help out for the same in return.

BTW, the 2nd Saturday (whole weekend) in June is the date of SommerFest. It is the Carolinas Region PCA summer event going on June 10-12. It is here in Charlotte.

It is the 15th Annual Regional PCA show (for 14 of those years it was called 'PorscheFest' until the PCNA/PAG lawyers had an issue with it).

I may be attending this event... being the weekend right after SITM, it is too tempting!

I think we may need to adjust things anyway. It was just myself and Larry (NC928S4), and to be honest we will need something with more room. Especially if more and more people show. Also, the food/venue left a bit to be desired. SO, thinking that next month needs to be somewhere different.

I don't know our schedule here in the Hurricane Region out that far, so there may be conflicts with others here as well.
