I noticed the same with whitewalls. My car was a bit of a project too, I bought it was nice, but of course never as nice as I'd like. I've put about 2 years into mine and she's finally pretty close to right. I just want to do some interior fixes mainly repair the dash, and motor mounts and I'm good to go. You should plan on Sharks in the Mountains this year. I said to myself I won't miss another one so I'm 99% sure I'm going to go.

Currently an eye sore in my garage. Money is tight these days so I have been doing cheap things here and there. I bought it from a mechanic in NY (via pictures and his word). The pics were nice and he said it just needed a new torque tube. Fair enough for $3,500. Unfortunately the interior was torn into with cut wires, the engine has a few hoses that were cut-blah blah blah. So its a slow project until the wife finishes nursing school and I retire from the USAF (4 more years to go yippee!). I finished fixing most of the wire problems with the seats and I am going to finish putting in the carpet (the PO glued the carpet right to the chassis with sticks, coins, wire shielding, and dirt underneath-idiot). Bet you weren't expecting a book . Anyhow thanks for asking. Did you have a good Thanksgiving? What was the weather like there? 70 degrees here, fried a turkey and drank a lot of beer watching the Titan steamroll the Lions. Take care, Chris
