Not quite - GAZ in the UK make adjustable coilovers for the 928. A full set was around £600, which is not too bad. They have 42 clicks, gas bags to prevent cavitation, rose-jointed bottom mounts and are rebuildable for £180 for all four. You can also get GAZ to separate the bump/rebound adjustment via external resevoirs for an additional charge

Ritech Systems in the UK also make adjustable coilovers, which look good and I think are priced on par with GAZ...

HTH,

Alex

P.S. If you are flush with funds - KW also do shocks for our cars. EUR3,500 for all 4, but that would include a day spent with a chasis engineer setting them up for you at the Ring

Some years ago little after they had bought Leda they said they do not have suitable parts to do 928 sets. Sounds like they have since changed their mind.

Most definitely as Paul Anderson has won quite a few races in the Historic Sports Car Club 70s Road Sports using GAZ shocks, and I have the tuned down version in my 1984 S2 5spd

Coming to think of it, Ohlins also did a one off set for an ex-VLN GTS, which is now in the UK. Mark posts here, they are really good, but pricey...

Is there any chance the Bilsteins you are looking for are also used on other vehicles? If they cross-reference, what about vendors of those cars?

Just a thought...

The rears have a slightly offset eye at the bottom (ie not at right angle to body of shock), so I think the chances of a unit from another car fitting would be thin.

Still no rear Bilsteins - selling plenty of Konies and Boges.
