Considering going to BIR for track day on April 30.

How do I go about tech inspection?

Can anyone tell me where to get this done in southern MN?

Contact the club/group running the event. They can tell you who can do it. Also many groups like POC offer at the track tech inspections for a nominal fee. The downside is you might not pass and not be allowed to run !
