Default Oil check valve problem

Hi all
I'm currently rebuilding my S4 engine after a cylinder crack and see that the oil drain-back check valve seat in one of the cylinder heads is cracked. Has anyone replaced one of these and if so, any tips for pulling one out of the head? I see the p/n for this item is 928 104 121 00.
Thanks for any advice and regards to you all.
Joe.

a picture would be helpful here.

NOTE the lower seat of the valve is removable ( you try using a dent puller with a sheetmetal screw turned into the seat,

then make sure you use green loctite and stake the new part into the head if it moves up and down it can be forced upwards and cut off the oil supply to the cams they will quickly seize and break the belt

I have a slide hammer/sms waiting to do this, I'll get the new part first though! Glad to hear that it will pull out (hopefully without causing more damage), the manual doesn't offer much on this.
Thanks.
