Rob did my easy chair in black leather with Porsche seal and it is wonderful. AO is taking my 90 S4 to Green Bay for a Murf111 upgrade. I live in Ann Arbor. When it is back lets talk cars. Other car is an EVO X MR. My son-in-law Chaad has a 928 as well. There is a 928 in the hood. Most car I see are 911s. Local dealer Howard Cooper Fixed my A/C last year. Other great things are Zingermans. Matthaei Botanical gardens. Farmers market on Sat AM worth a trip. I usually have a "CAT" hat on. Are you at EMU? Really great gym next to St Joes. Usually there is a Radar trap on Geddes and Huron Parkway.

I'm from Sault Ste. Marie - Ontario. Just across the bridge from Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan.
My family is still all back there.

Welcome, there is an open meeting first Sat every month @ 884 railroad St. Ypsilanti. come in using side door. My EVO or 928 will be parked along the far side. Lots of cool cars inside. Owner mildly paranoid but nice guy. Thursday night in Depo town in summer is cruse night.Mac
I did psycho seats in my own 80 928 before I sold it and 8 or so other 928s.
Right now I'm trying to decide between pinstripe or psycho in my 91 928.
I ordered some black/white psycho and black/white pinstripe material. When it gets here, I'll decide.
Interesting term "Psycho". I knew what you meant right off. I expect it will stick. It's better than trying to explain to a layman what Pasha (Pascha) is.
Much easier to say "psycho seats" than trying to describe wing patterns of Mediterranean butterflies in Portuguese.

There are a great bunch of 928 owners in the Detroit/Michigan group. Our un-elected, but accepted fearless leader is AO, along with Rob Budd, Dennis, DaveK9 and other extremely knowledgeable people who gather in celebration of anything. They will help you, as they have me, enjoy and appreciate the 928, but more importantly...the friendship and camraderie that comes with owning one. Best wishes on your search and I agree with meeting and seeing the other member's vehicals before pulling the trigger on purchasing one.
I have friends off Orchard Lake over in Farmington Hills, maybe some day I'll bump into you?

Best place for burgers is Sidetrack. Best Pizza is Sylvios. I went to JJC out in 57, used to be able to drag race down Michigan ave, then U of M BUsAd, still have an incomplete there, then to U of M Med school. Now retired. Jackson was a powerhouse in the 60's Largest Goodyear plant in USA

My research turned up some references to the geometric pattern on the wings of some species of Mediterranean butterflies seen throughout that area and into Portugal. The wing pattern is similar to the fabric and the name of these beautiful these creatures is "Pasha". The term Pasha Butterflies has been attributed to Ermin Pasha, a naturalist, entomologist and butterfly collector in the late 1800s.
Although his "Pasha butterfly collection" is disputed and many species are thought to be collected by another Italian entomologist Gaetano Casati. Perhaps this may be true since Pasha did work around the Nile Valley while Casati may have focused on the western Mediterranean and into Portugal where the butterflies are.
So! Now one can simple say "psycho" Instead of .....geometric pattern on the wings of Mediterranean butterflies ,,,,,,,"
