Default For Sale: Porsche 928 Club Sport Wheels

Rare and in perfect condition. Originally these wheels came only on the 89 928 GT (ROW Club Sport) so they’re quite rare.

Fronts are 8Jx16 ET60. 928.362.117 Rears are 9Jx16 ET60 928.362.119 Forged Aluminium. Strong and lightweight, less than 10 kilos. Sold as a set only. $1200/bo buyer pays shipping and insurance from 02061. Original Center Caps included.

Currently mounted on my car, will remove next weekend from storage and take more pics.

RDK sensors? If not they are either '88 CS, '88 SE or '89 US GT wheels. AFAIK '89 ROW GT had RDK as standard or at least its common in them.

Erkka, I didn't think CS wheels had RDK's since the first year of the wheel was '88... Of course I am not sure I have ever looked at a CS wheel close up and in person.

Some do - the 89GT in non-North American countries had RDK (tire pressure sensors for those not familiar) as standard, so 89 GT's outside the US/Can came with RDK-capable clubsports.

A local to me has a set - outside the US/Can, they're actually more common than non-RDK ones (which were only fitted on 42 SE's, and 17 Clubsports).

I have seen ROW CS wheels with RDK sensors in them. $1200 for real-deal 928 CS rims in perfect shape is a great price!

Well, I'm saying that in part because I paid $2K for mine.

I know no one believes it , but if '89GT's in show condition ever become truly collectible, $1200 for a set of these will be viewed as a steal..

12 CS, 10 ROW and 2 US, all '88 MY. I think 7 '89 ROW CS or at least some of them had RDK.

I really like the way CS look on my '80. I did not know what they were, but found them in a pile of receipts from the previous owner. He seemed to have paid $2,200 for them in '91.

How do you tell if they are the rare ones or not?

All CS versions are fairly rare. Those look 7" wide which were used at front in '88-89 250hp 951.
