Thumbs up Thank you, Roger!

Thank you, Brad. And, thank you for your interest, kt marie.

As I sell off some of my accumulated 928 items, I am appreciating folks in sales a lot more. I have had these wheels available for a while, and then suddenly, today, I have two people seriously interested in them! When it rains, it pours!

Thank you, Roger!

kt marie - you will find your set of Club Sports - they are out there.

Hey Roger, You do know that those wheels came on cars with the extra pedal in the floor and the shifter that moves sideways, right?

Mike,
You mean the “Oh **** what gear am I in now 928” as the superior auto 928 slides by and disappears into the distance.

I was thinking of putting them on my 89 S4 5 speed so they would have felt right at home.

I'm sure they'll look great on any of your cars. I haven't given up on getting a set for my GT someday. I just haven't been able to make it happen yet.
Good to hear you have a 5 speed. It's OK to admit you enjoy driving it more than the autos. Can't beat a Rogerbox in rush hour traffic though.

I really hope I can find some 16x8 and 16x9's. The 8's are hard to find! Please let me know if any of you come across any, I would greatly appreciate it!

BTW this is what the wheels are going to go on.. my Jetta

My friends GTI on the same wheels..

That's some nice stretch - what tires are run with the 16x8 or 16x9's for the Jetta or GTI?

The 8's are hard to find because only about 530 928's got them from factory, worldwide.

944 turbo's also have the 16x9's on the rear with 16x7's up front (in ET60).

You might find it a lot easier to get 16x7's for the front will still comfortably fit 225 wide rubber

Why not get a set of the wide 8 inch man hole covers and cut them to look like club sports. After all the club sports are the machined version of the original 928 style wheels. you can probably get a set for 100 to $250.
