Default Turbo vs S/C my 928

Came into a little cash and am debating a S/C on my 1990 S4 vs a new Turbo S, What would you do if you were a 70 yo healthy man?

Turbo S is serious $$$$$......

My 1st trackday ever I had a 2005 911 turbo S cab in my group....by the end of the day I was glued to his 444hp bumper all day.....he would gain a tiny bit on the straights just to loose it as soon as the brakes or turns came into play.....

I would make post that was sure to stir up **** on the internet myself, but that is just me.

That is if I was 70 and had the money to do that.

If money weren't that big of an object, I'd call John Kuhn and turbo charge the 928. His set up is beautiful, and the performance is very good. Look for him over at the bird site. Get the best of both worlds.

Hey Mac. Give me the keys (and some cash). I'll take it to Green Bay on a Thursday and have it back to you on a Monday with an extra 130 RWHP (400 RWHP)! Or if you want, make it a couple weekends and we'll take it all the way to 500RWHP!

The last turbo install took several (6+) months as far as I can tell

I'm serious.

Yea, but will it blow fire out the back?
That seems to be important to some folks.

We do stage III installs in one day if the car doesn't need anything but the SC and related equipment.

I also think some of you did not read the opening post very clearly

Oh... well in that case... Supercharge the 928!

Unless I'm in the will and the Turbo S will go to me...

Why not enquire about a GTS with your trimmings?

His last customer got 660rwhp on a dynapack. Engine is stock '87 S4 still on original head gasket I believe (Tuomo has had another engine built to drop in with custom everything in it (cams, pistons, rods etc.), but we've had no updates from him in a while )
