Let's discuss the psychology of color and a 95 GTS

There is only one color for a 928....brown very brown with a brown interior.....nothing else has that classic image, that earthy quality, the connection to the earth as does brown, Cockney Braun. White is the most common color for cars, silver overdone, Red is just red so boring trying to be a 911. Blue is for Corvettes., Yea brown is the best !

Jim - LMAO!
I'd still stick with minerva blue, with the Pascha and cork interior. It still holds up. I still love the kermit color combos too. Back in Pittsburgh, one of the guys in the local circle had a red/tan 5 spd '95 GTS, that was sweet. I love red but have never had one in a 928 (yet - Jim, when you're done, maybe a swap;-)

When I bought my 928 I deliberately chose a colour that wouldn't attract undue attention from police or boy racers.
I ended up with a Prussian Blue car which I think is great ! Only ever available as an original colour in MY86.
I drove someone Guards Red GT for a short distance and found lots of looks from people, never happens in my own car. QED.

Lots of great colors out there ... for me, I'd start from the inside-out by choosing a single-color interior, very likely classic gray, and then a coordinating exterior color like midnight blue ... personally, I would stay away from the common colors like guards red that you see everywhere already ...
