This car now has appeared on AutoTrader for $6995.. I am sort of interested in it. Does it have the S4 suspension?

Yep the suspension, brakes, exhaust, abs all got updated for '86 ROW, only the first 999 US cars had the early setup.

I thought Euro cars did not have 32v until the S4 model?

A lower compression 32V 'green' S3, with cats, was available ROW in '86, for use with unleaded fuel.
