It works - but the crappy viglink referral thing IB have been running for a few months seems to break the links.. I have to open them in a new tab to see a lot of pics these days.

Mark, I did what Constantine suggests. I used a small hammer and a prybar to move the shaft forward to the proper position. Then reinserted the rear clamp bolt and torqued it down properly. Then installed the pklamp and torqued per the specs.
It's been fine ever since. No issues.
