Most scrappers with a flatbed will be able to winch a non-roller out of your garage onto the bed. Just stick a couple of strips of lumber on the floor first so when it drags out it doesn't gouge the concrete.

Items worth pulling off that are easy to sell or store and can be removed quickly with the car on stands:
  • 928S hubs and brakes make a good upgrade for a 4.5L owner.
  • Springs/shocks/perches.
  • Clutch, clutch slave, 5-speed rear crossmember, pedal assembly, clutch master cylinder, MC firewall bracket (cut out with a cutoff tool), etc. will all be of good value to people (getting a manual transaxle is the easy part of a 5-speed conversion).

It resides under my car which is on a lift. The sooner I get rid of this car, the sooner I can concentrate on getting my car back on the road for SITM as a goal. I have also offered some a good deal on the remaining good parts(heads and headers/exhaust)as well plus the roller, but no taker yet. I just responded to an offer on the heads and am waiting to hear back.
The car is helping get mine back on the road, as well as helping the other individuals who purchased 1. intakes and TB, 2. MAF, 3. brains, 4. radiator and fan, 5. cams. At this point 1 car is helping 6 people and possibly more as there is still interest in other parts.

Headers are off and for sale. Maybe someone can confirm from pics, but I think they are MSDS. They were ceramic coated when new, but there is some corrosion on them as well as some baked on oil. I have not even wiped them with a cloth in the pics. Price is $300 and I can also cut out the xpipe in the exhaust to go with it for an extra $50. The whole exhaust would be more, but it is too long to ship. Would nedd to be cut up more.

pics of the heads. they would need to be cleaned up and looked over. They look OK with no broken valves.

As of this morning the roller is gone to someone else who will continue to part all of the small bits.
Still available are:
Headers and heads, collapsible spare tire, sport seats(tentatively sold), power steering pump, black Euro S horn button in nice shape(the wheel was bad), 5 spd trans from my car G28/05, non sunroof headliner.

the guy that purchased the car from me called me today and will continue to part the car. I guess his buyer fell through and I told him there is way more money in the car than he paid me for it. I have emailed all of those that expressed interest in parts that I could not get to before I sold it. What remains is a non sunroof roller with all body panels, all glass except rear hatch(has a buyer), Bilstein/Eibach suspension, all hubs, brakes, control arms etc., 16x7 wheels, gas tank, AC compressor(unsure if it was working), torque tube, PS rack, M28/21 Euro S block with internals. The guy that purchased it from me knows nothing about these cars, he simply buys junk cars. You can call him at 502-408-9443

Any idea on condition of the spring / shock setup? Are they ancient or more recent?

Wife's car floats like a 60's Cadillac & needs help.

According to the records, they were ordered from 928 Specialists in '04. The car had many issues and spent a lot of time in a shop and 2 years sitting before I purchased it. The shocks and springs were really clean and the perches were original and a little corroded if I recall. My car has the same setup and I couldn't make this car a non roller while I had it so I left them on.

the owner is not on the internet and I doubt he has PAYPAL. You need to call him at the above number. I do not know him, he simply purchased the roller from me and I told him there is more money in the car if he parts it.
