the power seat button that makes seat recline doesn't work and the button, or position, to make it come forward makes it recline. All other buttons work as intended. Any ideas?

I would start with pulling the switch and cleaning contacts.

The one thats reversed just needs rotating 180 degrees in its hole, or maybe a couple of wires swapped.

Sounds like when reassembled the plugs on the back side of panels were mixed up. Not a hard fix and easy to make the mistake in reassembly.
