My 928 - Sales advice please

Sadly it is probably $5,000-6,000 . There are not a lot in Canada but not a lot of people either. Spring early summer is the best time to sell toy cars in your area. You just need to find the right buyer who can not believe that he too can have a "Porch" with a V-8 for so little money.

Swoop - my read of the Canadian 928 prices is that they are somewhat higher than those in the US for comparable cars (say around 20% higher).
While Canadians can go to the much larger US market to buy a car, the importation process can add both time and money, so the Canadian prices are essentially at a premium. Also, since the US dollar has slumped so much and so quickly (C$1.00 = US$1.02), the comparable rates for both new and used cars have not fully adjusted. As I'm sure you know, new cars are at a 10-30% premium in Canada over the same model in the US.
By the same token, to attract a US buyer, who has access to a wider range of cars and doesn't want to have an importation hassle, you'd need to offer your car at a discount to US prices, which are already less than Canadian.
So net-net, I'd advertise and expect to sell in Canada.
