As above, yes to all. new will be $$$. I found many on ebay using warmlaufregler instead of WUR. There was the correct suffix (086) unit (used) for sale somewhere in Finland or Sweden or ? late last year....Do a search for the whole Bosch number and see if anything turns up. What symptom do you have that you think a new one will fix?
Bosch have a reman service listed at

I have asked them for a price.

I have gotten good ones off ebay for cheap. I have paid big bucks for rebuilt ones from good vendors and found them to be out of spec. I have repaired them from volvo parts at the pick-a-part. Lots of possibilites, which each involve different amounts of effort, money, and risk, but make sure you have a gauge set so you can check the numbers, even if you are buying a rebuilt part from a top vendor.

I got a response back from de.bosch.com on a rebuild - E488 + shipping. Thats a lot of time experimenting with O rings and adjustments, so for now, thanks, but no thanks. There is a local company (in Oz) that does refurbs, might ask what they charge.
My local wrench rebuilds quite a few early 911s with the VERY early mechanical (plunger) injection, and he gets the pump/distributor module factory rebuilt - around $5k IIRC. They come back looking like brand new.
