Stan, thanks for selling it to Jon! Erik, I think your car and Jon's are the same color! I LOVE IT TOO! Been wanting a green 928 for a long time and btw, I LOVE GT6's...grew up with a Spitfire! It was my first car!

Well... I guess that I'm partial to green cars:
I lost my viginity in green Pinto SW
My first car was a green X19
First arrested in a green OB Cougar
Almost killed in a green '69 Mach 1 390
My wife met me in her green VW Squareback
Restored that green GT6 with 5 fingers only
Still own the green 928
Not sure what's next... but it's probably gonna be green!

Also, my sister lives in NC. So if you ever see another green 928 in your mirrors, that'd be me! I will buy the beer!

Great job on the GT6! I REALLY like Blue cars, but there is something about Green 928's! I'd also like a yellow one! I am thinking I might get a signal green wrap put on my race car...that would get me a green 928! It was the only other color I really considered for the race car but always wanted Arrow blue and had never seen a street 928 that color so figured if I wanted one it would probably have to be the race car...little did I know!

Stan, we all sell a car we would rather not sell at some point in our lives if we live long enough I think... I did that early on (at 27). I can tell you this, you could not have sold it to a better person and no one will take care better care of it than Jon! Here he is at 14 helping me with my first 928 save...the '81 and then taking it for a drive around the block by himself after we had done as much as we could do for the car with our then meager skills!

Well James, in my experience the blue cars never were quite as great the green ones...
I had a blue 635 Euro for a while that was ok. Loved to fishtail (but not nearly as much as the green GT6)
Had a blue MB sedan for years that would track like a train, but I never got laid in it.
Had a gigantic blue F350 that rolled away downhill and literally demolished my neighbor's garage.

The blue cars just don't seem to measure up IMO, but to each his own.
