I ran it against a larger load in a higher gear last night. Read: I upshifted to 4th and 5th at lower RPM on a hill on my way back home.
It will sit against 2300 or 2800 or somewhere around there and pulse the entire car, making your head move back and forth. It will still technically accelerate, but its not happy about it.

This weekend I will be checking the
Mixture during this time frame/rpm, and double checking the tps

I did not do what I said I would do above as it sort of rained on and off. I will attempt to do that this weekend - but I did have a very good conversation with one of our main community Gurus, Greg Brown at Precision Motorwerks.
He suggested very seriously to investigate that fuel dampers and FPR for leaking into the vac lines. He suggested this because they can do two main things and cause all sorts of problems:
1) Let unmetered fuel into the intake under vac, making it rich at cruise, and then the vac stops (and the fuel does to) and then the car goes lean before it recovers (duh)
2) There is a chance that if the FPR is leaking at the diaphragm that it is not properly reacting to vac and non-vac engine operating modes, and thereby creating an improper fuel pressure at the rail.
He said to look at them very carefully, and give it time - to look into the vac port with a light and mirror.

Great input. Will check dampers. FPR is upraded to new 87.
Still need to swap computers / this aft. if possible.
Am ordering injectors regardless.

Let me know. I checked the front, but will again later after work and check the back.
It all fits...

I had my tie on so didn't want to get caught up in the viscous fan.

Today, the car also did something peculiar after I stopped during the day for a bagel. It was parked for about 15 minutes. When I went to start it, instead of the normal RRRRRRRSTART, it was more like RRRRR...RRRRR.... RSTART. There was a serious pause between two bouts of the starter turning over the engine.
I guess it could be starter related, but with my mind on the FPR and Dampers leaking unmetered fuel into the intake....

I did test all the dampers at idle, and also put vac on the ports for a time. Then I did the same with the fuel pump jumpered. No fuel to see at those vac ports.

Any update land?

No appreciable change with computer swap. Got sidetracked on the Euro car for a few days.
Expecting new injectors early in the week; shooting for Wed or Thrs night install.
(Design III / EV6 with the EV1 Bosch-compatible plug --- $160 delivered / need to cut my own slots for accepting fuel rail clips / per Hiltons injector thread)
Crazy thing runs better powering-out at a right turn than a left.
Seems to be hitting on all cylinders, just weird power / power depletion blips.
No odor or apparent leakage at my dampers. FPR is new 87.
Need to meter the Temp II wires again.
Still has a whistle coming off idle, has to be vac related, will scope that further tomorrow but need a helper.
