'78-84 version. There were two small changes to internal setup but all should look same on outside.



'85-89 version.

im refering to the gear on the back of the transmission as the pinion gear.

More people do

As noted, keep pinion and crown gear matched, make sure the diff bearings preload and the backlash is correct.
