That's just 2 hours down the road... Now where did I put that extra cash?

16K miles?

If one of them came up for sale here in Oz at that price I'd have bought it instead of taking the time to write this post.

Hope it goes soon, otherwise it'll be up for $80k on the site that sells very nice low miles examples in a month or two.

Wouldn't be hard to turn a profit on that car if its the real deal.

If no accidents or major engine issues it could be a huge bargain for someone.

LOL.. Afshin, did you order the Spyder yet? Or do you have some cash in your pocket?

That's almost unbelievably cheap for a 16k mile GTS; let alone one with manual transmission and sports seats. Not an ideal car for a 93 year old, but I'm sure it's a dream for many here.

Dear Lord.....I wonder if Lorelei would notice if my black 79 suddenly had wider fenders and a lighter colored interior.

I have a feeling it's already sold and the auction hasn't cashed off the server yet.

I am sure its real. Autocheck shows entire life spent in NC and the auction is in NC. The guy probably did a KBB valuation and doesn't know. Local dealer who probably hasn't seen a 928 for years probably offered $28k. If someone here doesn't jump on it, it will probably be on Willhoits lot at $59k very soon.

incredible deal......I also think it will end up with Wilhoit with a $20k mark up.....but he does have quite a few nice GTS's right now....

Sure the seller is 93 years old...but remember he was 76 when he bought it brand new!!!!

If I were looking for a GTS today, I'd call right now or 7AM EST tomorrow, then get on a Southwest Flight there and pay cash for it and get the title and either drive it home or get a carrier to meet me somewhere to haul it back to my place! SERIOUSLY!

Gone with the wind!!! I hope it was someone "GTS Worthy." Willhoit and Todd "Low Miler" shouldn't be allowed to grab them all.
