Looks like a S-4 rear end with the center reflector strip.

He was speaking of the rear bumper cover... and yes it is a GTS cover. The center reflector is inset into the bumper -not sitting on the surface... and has come loose in the center as all GTS's are prone to do.

It looks like the one 77Tony sold of his '94 black GTS...
