To be able to help you we'll need some more specific information. Post details of your car, its condition, how often you drive it, what sort of driving (DD, track, etc), and also what you are wanting to achieve/change. You also need to understand that lowering a 928 will give you clearance/damage issues, and will alter suspension geometry from standard which can affect its performance. Posting a few pics of your car will also help.

No problem I have 91GT with 46 miles all stock that only comes out on special occasions(maybe 1-5k miles a year)I dont like the way the front sits just looking to lower the front an inch. Its more like a sunday cruiser that is not affraid to stretch its legs every once in awile.I have stock wheels(D90's) but will be going to 17-18s in the future.Would love to see pictures of 928s with stock 16s 17s or aftermarket 18s that have been dropped with Eibachs.
Thanks

Before you do anything you need to know what your ride heights are ... here's a thread on ride height .. and variations to standard.
https://rennlist.com/forums/928-foru...ight-poll.html
and here's one with lots of pics of wheels and you might see some mention of suspension in some posts ...
https://rennlist.com/forums/928-foru...gimme-pix.html
Use the search function and you'll get all the general info you need and you might have some more specific questions.
From your last post I assume you just want to lower the front for appearance? ... if so, then determine the heights now and then tell us what height you want to set it at and ask for feed back on that.

if your ride height is close to factory then you would be best served by just fitting some Bilstiens and leaving the stock springs in place.
Lowering the front will cause the suspension to do unwanted things and you will usually wear out the insides of the tires within 3K miles,
not to mention lowering the alternator and AC compressor to block shattering height,
this is a good way create damage to an otherwise great car.

So there are really two questions: Is it worth changing springs, and worth changing shocks.
At 46K your original Boge shocks are probably tired but OK, and if your primary concern is the way it looks, then the factory shocks and springs are probably fine. There is lots of adjustment range in the stock setup-- just lower the front end an inch if you want (about 1/2" on the spring perch).
Stock ride height (measured per WSM) is 180mm, with a tolerance of +20 to -30mm (used springs)-- so 150mm at the lowest factory-spec setting. That's about where our S4 is, leaves a hair over 4" of clearance under the front spoiler, and visually looks stock. Our GT is about 15mm lower, looks better but we have to be much more careful about curbs, etc.
Whatever you do, you will need to get it aligned again after changing the ride height so be sure to read the info here about alignment-- it is easy to screw it up with these cars.
If this is a new car to you then my advice would be to leave it as it is for now, and just enjoy the car. When spring comes, do some long trips and get to know your car, then decide what it wants. There is no hurry, and some 60,000 posts here that need reading. (Well, not all of them deserve reading ...).

I'll second (or third) the practicality issue and stock height recommendation. My 91GT is on 18" Carerra IIIs and stock springs, with recently installed Boge Sports (the red ones that were optional when new). I wanted to lower it but was advised against it and am glad for it. It sits at ~ stock height and that's low enough to still occasionally scrape the front end, even when I'm careful.
I have a set of 928Int'l Eibachs in the box, but have higher priority jobs on the list.

Patience grassshopper. The road is long and frought with unexpected challenges (and expenses). As other have said, get to know your car first - get to other cars too. Then, and only then, can you make an intelligent, informed decision as to its needs.

Stock height, or very close to it, is the way to go in my opinion too.
