Poor proformance
85 euro s 5 speed and when i got it it proformed well, not as it should. In fact it was so bad i thought if i could not find anything wrong with it some one else would own it. After much todo i was checking timing and found the front distributor rotor was about 30 degrees away from number one cylinder. I pushed on the rotor very lightly and there was a lite snap and the rotor was spinning freely. Bet i found it, that and the non euro spider would do it. Speaking of which if anyone has a euro s spider and throttle body they would sell i sure would be thankful as mine came thru without. best to all,Ray
You should also replace the washer's that go above the belt, the screws that hold down the rotors, and I would also replace the seal that goes on the distributor shaft

The washers & screws are a "one time use" part & dirt cheap.
As long as you are pulling the distributor, the rubber seal is cheap insurance against an oil leak.
