Hi,

That is a very very good price.
I'm using the Mobil1 15W50 and as we don't have it in Portugal I have to buy it from UK and the best price I get is €13 for 1 litre and €43 for 5 litres, so ordering two bottles of 5 litres plus transportation it's about €110!
It's expensive but I've noticed a big difference compared with other makes and grades I've used before. This Mobil1 15W50 it's really good stuff!

Regards

Hi,

Here it is:

http://www.opieoils.co.uk

Before you register on their website, became a fan on Facebook and when register you automatically get between 10 and 15% discount.
And they also have other ways to have discounts read on their website.
They are very helpfull and send the items quickly and very well packed.
Hope this helps.

Regards

Thanks Erik,
I went on line and they didn't indicate any sale at any local stores, so I just through I'd drop in and see if they might really have it... bought all they had at both stores in town. 40 quarts.... a great savings.

Thanks again, keep those tips coming..
Wow, they found 20 more quarts... I may never need to buy oil again. ;-)

Interesting that WM doesn't stock the 5qt jugs everywhere. They're often on special here in VA for $22... and just about every other weight as well, including the 5W20 I use in my truck - although I paid $6.50/qt before those jugs became avaialble. I opt for Brad Penn for my P-cars though, which I pay about the same for from my local mech.

I used to buy the 5qt 20/50 at wal mart, val or cast. no more, they stopped stocking it. Makes me a little angry.

I will stock up soon.

They still have the 15W-50 jugs here in GA, and they had them in MA years ago. In fact, there is a completely new design container now. However, they do not have 0W-40 in those, that weight seems to be the most expensive to buy and of course it's what my wife's C32 needs

There's a new Wally World near my house and went in to find a big-*** drip pan for cleaning the under-side of the 928. They had the 5qt jugs of the 15w-50...

That drip pan cost me $80!
