I like the way the Moda rims fit.
Curious on rim widths and offsets?

Nice Find!

I remember meeting you at the 2000 OCIC in Whichita KS. Can't believe it's been 11 years!!

Congrats!

I will check the offsets when I get the car. I do know that he told me he was running them with the factory spacers which I think are 22mm on the rear.

Yes Chuck, it has been a while since the first 928OCIC. I still have the black fold up chair from that. I assume you got the car running since then If I recall, you came as a passenger with someone.

Yes, Chuck gets places faster if someone else drives.

Most recently, see: 3rd Coast 2010

Mark,

It won't matter on those rims since MODA does not make them anymore. Remember the thread awhile back that came up about them... Tire Rack was selling out their last few at $59/each! I got SIX of them for the race car! Would have bought 928 street car size if they had them but...no...they were out.

Doug,
Good memory.
Got the car running after that and brought it to the 2004 OCIC and 3 3rd Coast Events. Always had a weird fuel problem with it. It's in storage as I give time to the GTS now.

BTW, Didn't you have a dog you used to bring on all your sales calls?? I can't remember what I had for breakfast, but I can remember 11 years back.

Yes Chuck, good old Ziggy boy, my Weimeraner is about to turn 15 in April. He now has a little sister, Zoe, a German Shorthair Pointer aged 2.

For those discussing the Moda wheels, I think I am going to sell them when I get the car. I have interest in other wheels.

James,
Seen so many combinations and wheels on some post wanted to know the best fit on largest width tire/wheel combo without spacers or rolling of the wheel well lip.
Example 265/35/18 rear (width and offsets) also front and still maintain same overall tire diameter.
When buying wheels and tires also would look at overall weight so they don't rob HP!

The Modas are 18x8.5 et54 front and 18x10 et58 rear. Running 265/35 rear and 245/40 front. On my car pictured, they are installed with the factory 21mm spacer rear. They fit tight with a little touch at full lock in front. My car is also lowered a little with eibachs and bilsteins. I have them posted for sale in the members classifieds for $800
