Hi Thomas,

As the owner of the wheels I am not really interested in separating the tires

I paid $1200 for them so that is my bottom line. I can deliver them to Mukilteo and I would guess it would be pretty easy to get $400-$500 for the tires in the Seattle area.

My plan was to run 225/40ZR18 & 265/35ZR18 on the wheels but my 928 plans have changed.

Let me know if your interested.

The weight is about 50-50 front/rear, putting too much tire in the rear just aggravates understeer. And 265's will fit the 9" rims a bit better than 275's. But that's just my $0.02
Thank you Jim, your .02 is a fortune to me. Say hello to Sue for us.

Why those.
They don't work.
Is it because you wish to become one of the first?

I get the impression they will work. I also believe I have seen them on another 928 here and sounds like another is in the rafters. That makes me third! Go Seahawks!!

They do work with the correct tire size,

I love the look and will probably keep the wheels unless I get what I paid for them.

I think they look great.

Why not just get the right tires and run them?

As the 1st person to have put the Panamera wheels on a 928, I can tell you the tires you are asking about will not work. I bought mine without the factory tires and shoed them with Hankook Ventus V12 evo. Don't waste your money buying the wheels with the factory tires unless you know someone else who needs them.

Ninespub - Those look great.

Didja go 245 or 235 width in front?

Glen: I did 235's in front and 265's in the rear. You could go 245 and 275 if you roll the rears.

Jcb928: Please excuse my statement. It was not my intention to dis your potential sale of the rims with the tires.

mpesik: Its a wonderful country we live in. Lotsa choices and opinions and the freedom to express them!

I have the same wheels on my 88. They fit fine with new tires. Have 225/40 up front and 265/35 on rears with zero issues.

Front center caps wont fit without flattening the dust cap a bit.

You are correct about chunky look. That is why I like the wheels on a white 928 It lightens the look.

If there was ever a wheel made proper for the 928, it is the cup-one's.
You cannot do a better matchup.
That is the law.
