Its weird. all other websites, function normal, but as I get on the site and do anything, its very slow. 1 min to pull stuff up or post something. I only use mobil 1 on the computer.

Ya Mark, It would not even load on my Mac.
I cleared the cache and it did not help.
Turn you PC off, shut your router off and restart it, then it will work fine.

Is it low on Torque or Horsepower, maybe a different gear.
Mine is fine, must be your ISP.

Nah..DNS is a one-time lookup.
Once your PC gets a result, it's cached for the time provided by the record's TTL, generally 24hrs.
