Default Merry Chritstmas & sorry...

Dear rennlisters,

since I got some hints, I'm going to take the chance to pick up the theme and express my apologies about that:

Coming from past times of the good old mailinglists, I never understood when its more polite to start a new thread instead of just replying on another one... Is it more likely that you're actually considered rather as a place waster or as a highjacker? Whilst reading here a couple of years, I simply still dunno know what's the official common sense.

However, I like to wish all of ya a merry Christmas & happy new year!

Merry Christmas, friend!

(no worries 'about the hijack - happen all the time here.)

PS I just read this fantastic Excellence article (June '09),
about 911 prototype Number Seven - the oldest known to exist.

I didn't see anything out of the ordinary... my take on things is that when you want more attention to a question or comment, start a new thread. An old thread seldomly gets new views. And if you're hijacking, it seems to help to announce that you're doing it ("hey-quick hijack, but..").

Merry Christmas. Now if only the snow would stop
