Only SCCA gets the secret handshake to have 'off sound' dates.

IMHO, the county fundamentally operates Laguna poorly.

But thats just my opinion...a LOT more hotel rooms and seats at restaurants would have butts in them if it wasn't considered a hobby race venue by the government.

Many mass produced street cars, with zero work on them, would not pass sound (which is lower than state legal levels) there...so forget a race weekend.

SCCA has a good deal going there..lots of history and partnership.

NASA cant go to laguna, because SCCA has all the loud days.
They used to do DE and race days in the OLD days, but not anymore!

SCCA is just the opposite. all laguna and T-hill days, but only 1 sears weekend.

Illl probably do a few races in each, especially if they get a few more cars in GTS.
