What "micro switches" exactly ? I think your terminology is not obvious...

I think you mean the closed & wide open throttle switches?

I was all **** with making sure the exact angle was reached before they turned on as you applied throttle. its about 70% of full throttle, for the full throttle switch to turn on. anything in that generally area is fine. idle switch, like you would think, goes on at idle. (or makes the lever make the switch make contact, or click on)

Did mine about 2 years ago using a cheap angle gauge from Harbor Freight. Both had come undone and weren't really doing anything.

Well..if you are 5/10/15% off on the top end, then youre that far off on the bottom end too...right?

I was not aware that they are separately adjustable, just as a complete unit.

no,they are individually set. one doesnt effect the other even though they are on the same "mounting plate". i would certainly have it come on ealier than later. generally, if you are more than 60%, you ususually are flooring it anyway.

you dont need to "buy " any tool to do this. if you are **** about it, like I was before I really unerstood what it really did, you make your own little protractor out of a small piece of cardboard and mark off the angle you want. make it come on after half throttle, but a ways before full throttle and you are just fine.
Its throttle enrichement about 15% as its function as well as turning the system into open loop (ie no 02 sensor feedback) .
