The clips look like the same ones used to hold the rear hatch liner on. If so, I managed to reuse my old ones. I don't know if they are available but if so I would think 928 Intl. would have just the clips. Have you tried Roger (see link below)? He is somehow able to come up with P/N's for the most obscure parts.

I have had a lot of luck with using JB weld to put the clips back in place.
They were originally heat welded in place.
I can get the clips if you need them.

I have mine off right now and 4 of the 7 clips came off the trim. I removed it to re-glue the leather to the backing. I am using gorilla glue to rebond the leather with what appears to be good results, so I also applied it to the separated clips. I would expect some of them to come off during removal no matter what you use. As long as the trim is held in securely, thats the bottom line.

I have two that keep coming-off. Tried two-component type glue, but it doesn't seem to last - it always cracks at some point. Haven't tried JB Weld - great idea!
