Where does one buy replacement bulbs for fog/driving. 37R 64151 12V 55W

POLAPS (Plain Old Local Auto Parts Stores) carry them. They are on the bulb rack at Wal-Mart too.

Look for "H-3 55W" and you'll have what you need.

If you are not familiar with such bulbs - do not touch the quartz bulb with bare fingers. The oils can cause stress risers that will cause the bulb to fail.

I did get a couple of standard H3 55W at Walmart last night. They are both the same "look" now. Thanks again for the help.
