Default Looking for a spare intake for an S4...

Well, I will be saving up for a big push to do the intake refresh and water bridge right around mid December..took a look at budget and time, and I get a good cash injection about Dec 6th, so ive delayed until then so I can have it all in hand, and do it right. If I start now, it'll go piecemeal for a few weeks, and thats no fun, and I'll miss something.

But when I do this, I'd _really_ like to have the HW all in place to get in, and get out quickly.

SO...Im looking for a 'spare' intake to use to PC and prepare for the swap, and then when mine comes off, it goes back to whomever right away as a spare unit.

Sound sane?

-Cheers.

If you are already in there and if you have any cam cover leaks you should plan on resealing the cam covers also. This will allow you to get those powder coated as well.

Ya..cam covers are on the list, and a spare set of covers are located for this purpose.

Why send it back? Start collecting so that in case you will need a spare (probably never ) you have one. Intakes shouldn't be too expensive (I think).
