Default anybody have a torque tube for sale?

Hey All.

Got my daughter married off and have a few coins left over to rub together.

Now I'm ready to get my car back together after the rear TT clamp came off and toasted my central shaft spline.

I'm looking for a TT that will mate up to my 1984 stock drivetrain.

Please PM me if you have a good used one for sale.

Thanks, Keith

AT or Manual? Where are you located?

Do you plan to rebuild it before install?

Sorry, it's a manual.

If I have to, I'll rebuild, of course it's always nicer to just plug and play though.

I have a couple of 5 speed TT and a set of Superbearings and can rebuild one and send it to you if I only knew where you were.
That being said, Constintine has them in Stock for cheaper than what I would sell you one for.

NE PA... you should look up "potsiewebber" (RL name). Do a search here... he's in PA.

Kieth if you wouldnt mind click on user CP at the top of the page and click on edit signature.
Please put in the specs of your car auto/ manual year model any colors and your location, endless mountains does nothing to ID your location,
it will get you a faster response and someone that might not be posting but reading may chime in if they are close. Thanks. Stan

Sure Stan.

If that's all it takes to get a TT, what the hell...

Keith, are you giving consideration to utilizing the Constantine / Black Sea R&D bearings?

That's how I'm planning to upgrade mine. I just have to wait a little while.

I think you need the 81-up USA tube or the 80 EuroS tube for a 5 speed.

yes i was chris. but i could not swing the added expense for that right now. with winter coming my wife does not fail to remind me that the single stall of our garage is being consumed by a vehicle that is not her own. and she does not want to scrape ice and snow from a very cold van all winter. so the bearing upgrade will have to wait for a later date, assuming i can find a TT.

thanks, keith

I have one up in Michigan from an '80 EuroS.
I'll verfiy it spins freely, but I have no history of it in a running/driving car. Mileage unknown.
I'll sell it to you for $150 plus shipping. If you receive it and it doesn't suite your needs for whatever reason, send it back for refund (less shipping).
