New in the forum and question
Hello !.
First of all, sorry for my english. I am from Spain and my english is too poor
I am the owner of a diamond blue 1989 S4, which I am dissasemble for renew and clean all interior parts. This forum is fantastic, without it, my 928 process was very difficult.
I have a question that I have not found with the search tool.
Today I need remove the blower. I have removed the 3 screws (2 on the upper and 1 below the blower), It is free, but I can not extract it. Somebody knows some tip to extract it?
Thanks a lot and, newely, sorry for my language.

Welcome
To remove the blower, its helpful to loosen or remove the panel at the base of the windscreen.
It is held on by two bolts with 10mm heads, and two philips screws which are hiding underneath the side trim of the windscreen.
It is enough to undo just the 10mm bolt on the panel above the blower - that will give enough flexibility to wiggle the blower motor out. Although its not much more work to remove the wipers and take the cowl panel off completely.

another note on your 1989 you could also have removed the lower blower box section, just above the CE panel and then the blower motor would have been able to have been put through the firewall hole so it comes out the bottom.
The reason to remove the blower box lower,
is to replace the inside /outside pod diaphram and reseal the blower box seal with new strip caulk,
put a towel over the CE panel that you fold down to have room to remove the blower box, this will keep dirt from falling into the CE panel.
Clean out the well and make sure the drain hole is clear

Hello and welcome to Rennlist.
I have a couple of suggestions that will make things easier for you here.
First off you need to put your information in your signature as to what ear model you have and your location.
You need to read the FAQ's, lots of very good information in it and most questions will be answered there.
Finally it never ever hurts to include any pictures of some of the fine, well endowed Spanish women.
That might not get your questions answered quicker, but it will get more views to your threads.
Just a thought on my part.
