A dog box would be a much better choice for racing (if it actually exists). That's why everyone who races professionally uses one.

While I agree that a Jerico style dog box is the better choice for a pure road race car...this is being built as a multi purpose car & will see significant street time..which is why the automatic was chosen

The owner is looking into the TCI kit, but with his own trans..not their full $7k unit
