My trip to the dyno a few weeks ago matches what Mike is saying as well. I don't have data logging but my AEM wideband was showing roughly .5 richer then what the tailpipe was showing.

Yes, but it takes quite a few seconds to get it working. If you heat it electrically the engine can go closed loop much faster.
