89 S4 - where does your temp gauge sit?

After re & re on the thermostat & all the seals etc., when fully warmed up. Goes to the white line in stop & go with ambient temps over 90.

Well, if it helps- my 88-s4 sitsat 5/8 to the red. It has never flucuated much-eve- on hot or cold days.
