Default Flex plate
Could someone with a manual close by tell me how tight the bolts that secure the pinch clamp to the front flexplate need to be?

starting 1983 4 spd S

pg 30-09

driveplate to flange
54...64 NM
or
39...46 ftlb

Is this an acceptable range, else is this two-step torque? I don't know. But that's how it lists.
