Major condensation inside windshield.

after you reseal the housing i would also make sure to drop the heater box ( just above the CE panel and with the dash out its really easy), clean out the well and then fit a newer style cowl cover, this will channel water away from the box and let it drain close to the well drain , and also it will keep water from getting on the HVAC system and the wiper motor

Thanks for posting this, especially with the parts breakdown.
This must be where mine is leaking, too, and in this case its dripping down in the vicinity of the gas pedal during heavy rain.

Thats right where the water falls. Man what a job to fix though. If I was closer I would help you...well as long as the beer holds up.

Its odd I have never heard of any complaining about a leak in this area before.
