So here's one reason CIS is shrouded in mystery, so many of the threads just trail off without a report out on the resolution..

You guys are right. I never closed out.

Primary no start/ rough running in the video was the open vacuum system because the PO had pulled the bracke MC and not capped off lines and I did not know enough at the time to realize that!

The rest was related to the frequently communicated fact that CIS hates to sit.

I did pull and clean plugs. I did pull and clean the fuel ditributor but did not take it apart (shot carb cleaner through all the ports). I made a slight adjustment to air fuel mix screw and to the idle screw and then added a can of sea foam. I never pulled the injectors. I did do a refresh of all the vacuum lines, confirmed cam timing and distributor cap / rotor alignment as well as cleaning up the throttle body. I have yet to put a set of fuel gauges on her as she is running well and I have been battling other priorities.

It now starts on the first crank and although needs a slight pump on the gas pedal to stablize runs at 1300 until warm and then drops to 850ish. She responds well to throttle with no misses.

I would say the bulk of the issues were related to not running it for so long.
