here is a guide to remove the front bumper cover your spoiler is slightly different but must be removed first as well, follow the link.

https://rennlist.com/forums/928-foru...er-shocks.html

here are the directions
first jack up the front of the car, remove the front wheels and the fender liners and front block off plates.
Inspect the 3 way connector and the washer tank for rust in the RT fenderwell.

Remove the spoiler, and the grill and raise the headlamps.
get some PB blaster and a small wire brush the size of a tooth brush as well as a tooth brush spray the small attach bolts for the nose and then brush them till you can see all of the threads.
keep cleaning these studs before you try to remove the 8mm nuts or they will shear off the studs.
if the nuts get tight screw them back on and respray an and wire brush again till they will come off smoothly, use some anti seize on the studs when you install the PU..
Then remove the front trim strip that runs under the front hood edge get a milk crate or some other box and then gently pull the PU cover from the car lay the PU cover on the box then disconnect the headlight washer with a pair of pliers if the hose is tight on the connection point try a lighter to heat the hose for a few seconds.
Once the washer tube is disconnected move the PU out of the way then spray some PB blaster onto the tops of the bumper main bolt nut plates then remove these bolts,
then pull the bumper off of the shocks, lay the metal part of the bumper on the box so you dont have to disconnect the wires, remove the shocks ( 2 13mm bolts per side) inspect the surrounding shock mount metal for compression damage .
refit your new shocks then refit the bumper leave the 2 main bolts loose so the metal bumper can be moved ( this gets tightened after you have installed the the PU cover with a large allen wrench) or you can go through the bumper holes but those round covers are very hard to remove without damaging the surrounding paint.
make sure to wire brush the studs on the bumper and then clean them and then antisieze the studs also consider using new nuts for the cover.
The toughest nuts to get are the ones at the base of the headlamp bar be creative with your 1/4 in drive extension .
FWIW the front and rear shocks are one time use only once they have been collapsed they have to be replaced, you may be able to pull the shock apart but the dampening portion will no longer be available
