My guess is that I have bought more parts from them than most here, I do not have a problem with the service at all, it has been excellent.
Then again I am not afraid to pick up the phone and call and be nice.
I just can not understand how some one can work on a car with out having a selection of greases, nuts, bolts, washers, and other common shop supplies that are going to be needed while working on cars.
This thread shows me that the OP may be better off letting some one else get near your car with tools.
You guys should see the world from my perspective, dealing with parts people every day, 5-6 days a week, then you would understand how good we have it getting 928 parts from all of our vendors.
Also, why does it seem to be the people who are not even members who are bitching in this thread?
Did the OP even pick up the phone and call?

Listen-I would be upset if parts were missing and promised to be delivered-no 2 ways about it.
However, I would also have taken the initiative when I made the first call to find out if there were comparable washers I could buy at HD, Lowe's or local HW store and also what grease to use.
If I'm on deadline, I'll look to find a safe, approved shortcut.
Further they state right in the install manual for the fronts (the rears reuse the existing ones):
"Notice: Our Front Performance Sway Bars now include low profile heavy duty enhanced
Sway Bar Bushings, Brackets and additional hardware. We have made this change for 2
reasons. One reason is it will decrease the amount of sway bar bushing flex that you
would have with thicker stock sized Sway bar bushings. This improvement will give your
928 even more enhanced and precise handling along with the improvements with our
Performance Sway bars and Drop links. The other reason is we will be releasing our new
inexpensive Bolt On (no welding) Sway Bar Bushing Frame Mount Reinforcing Brackets
soon. The new enhanced Mounts and Bushings included in your Sway bar Kit will work
seamlessly with this new product.
In the event you feel these new bushings are too stiff for your personal taste you can
easily remove them and use your factory Sway bar Bushings and brackets instead. You
can also return the new enhanced Bushings/Brackets/Hardware in exchange for our
proven stock thickness Poly Greaseable Sway Bar Bushings and Brackets free of charge."
Again, I would be upset, especially on deadline. But as anyone who has ever prepared a car for the track Stuff happens and it always happens when you're about to trailer the car...

Yes I called several times on Friday before 5 and got no response
clearly states in the description of the product on their site and in the directions for install that the stock rear bushings must be reused.
maybe do your homework before commenting...
Fits all Years - *78-80 Requires 22mm Rear Sway Bar Bushings if equipped with stock 21mm Rear Sway Bar. These are included in the 78-80 versions.

Miss a track day & deposit over some minor hardware? A big part of racing is problem solving. A true racer would have done whatever it took to finish, then deal with it.
We are lucky that these vendors get special parts made to sell. Try having a bar made on a one off
basis.

I dont' think the point is it being washers or missing the track day, I don't see why people can't come on a forum and post an experience with vendors? As stupid as some of this stuff may be, this type of thread has popped up pretty often lately and while I could see an issue with naggy porsche customers I havn't seen any on our other vendors...

WE have done butts and **** in these kinds of threads, and I have recently suggested that we do legs, without much interest, so I am suggesting that we do hands or hairdoes. WTF. What esle do you have in mind? Jerry

"Moving Rear Sway Bar Bushings and brackets from original sway bar to the New Sway Bar
The Factory Sway Bar Mounting Brackets and bushings are reused and must be removed from the old bar and installed on the new bar. The mounting brackets wrap around the bushings and “snap” in place. There are a variety of ways to remove these, but following is the easiest way we have found to do this procedure..."
I have a feeling your got your front and back swapped...are you sure you're not driving a 911??
