Default 16" phone dials?

Local ad for 16" phone dials. Called and had seller check and he swears they are 16. Am I wrong, I thought the phone dials were only 15" Are these rare at all? THX

They do exist! I've got a set for sale as well if you're looking.

My 82 has 16's. I really need to repaint them. Looking that black chrome spray at Pepboys.

They might be worth powder coating at some point.

For some people, on spoiler-free cars especially, they define the car.

I'm hoping to find a set soon for the 85 car in the avatar.

Which will never look as great as maleficio's car.

Let alone his avatar. Woooof.

I've had a few people asking for these, they are coming more desirable for the guys that want a factory original car. The 16" are getting popular.

Kind of like honeycombs on a 72 Firebird. They have nostalgia and they just work.

What we need is a side view of that VA Beach car to drive the point home.

Here's mine (btw, the 5 spds came with 16" phone dials, and the autos generally had the 15"):

I have a set of 16" phone dials in the garage.

Don't paint them, be a man - polish them!

Some 16's will fit over S4-sized brakes, some wont. I have no idea how to tell for sure before installing.

I've seen it with my own eyes about 5 years ago. I love phone dials and would gladly swap out my dish wheels if I could.
